You have a 2-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This timeframe allows you ample opportunity to assess whether the product meets your expectations and requirements.

At WeftKart, we want you to shop with confidence. Therefore, we offer hassle-free returns with complimentary return shipping. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at no additional cost.

Return Eligibility

For your return to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns must include all original accessories, documentation, and free gifts (if any).

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Missing products from shipment

Note: Returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or missing items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Additionally, for quality assurance purposes, an unboxing video may be required for verification.

Return Process

  • Initiate a return by contacting us via email at help@weftkart.co.in within the 2-day return window.
  • Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for your return in your email.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package the returned items to prevent damage during transit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.
  • To cancel your order, log into your account and select the “Cancel Order” option corresponding to your order number.
